Mixing the simplicity and refinement of the AR-15 platform, with the unapologetic brute of the AK-47, Custom Tactical Concepts has created our own AR-47 complete upper. Chambered in 7.62x39 just like the AK, this upper will allow you to fire the popular AK round from your AR-15 with accuracy and reliability. The upper receiver uses a dedicated side charging handle and bolt system, allowing you the same method of operation of the AK, but on an AR-15 lower. It feels so wrong, but feels so right.
We offer these uppers in three lengths: 16", 10.5", and 7.5". All come with a tanker style muzzle brake that has been tested and proven to greatly reduce muzzle climb, and allow for fast reaquisition of the target.
We reccommend using Duramag aluminum 7.62x39 magazines with our uppers. These magazines have tested to work perfectly with this upper.
